Walking in Memphis Recap

High School Road Trip

Walking in Memphis Recap

We had an incredible time on our Non-Stop trip to Memphis! In just one weekend we were able to experience so much of what makes Memphis such a unique city. We were awed by the significance of the National Civil Rights Museum and the location of Martin Luther King Jr.'s final moments. We were entertained by the beginnings of Rock ‘n’ Roll in the basement of Sun Studio as we heard actual clips of the performers making history. We were enthralled by Graceland and Elvis’ final resting place, amused by the marching ducks at the Hotel Peabody, and impressed by the sheer volume of the world’s largest Bass Pro Shop. And we got to enjoy a famous Lambert's throwed roll lunch together with Tyler Tankersley! The best part is we got to share the experiences as a group, growing closer to old friends and bonding with new ones as we journeyed together, creating memories that will last a lifetime!
