COLLEGE MINISTRY

Second Baptist Church’s COLLEGE MINISTRY is for college students looking for a solid church family to worship with and a welcoming place to “FEED YOUR FAITH.” The College group at Second Baptist Church ministers both to college-aged students from congregational families and to students from William Jewell College and other local area colleges.

 

• Participate in Bible study and worship with a historic Baptist faith community, grounded in traditional Christian values, where spiritual and intellectual faith exploration, personal discovery and fun are on the menu!

 

• Bring your friends and join us for Bible study and a continental breakfast at 9:45 a.m. on Sunday mornings. The discussion is informal, lively, and challenging. Join us for worship on Sunday mornings at 8:30 or 11:00 a.m.

 

•Mid-week you can take a break from school studies for fellowship and food on Wednesday nights, or for those who want to get more involved, try the music ministry, mission teams or community ministry opportunities.

 

We’ve got it all. No matter what your faith background, you are welcome.
