OUTREACH TEAM
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Outreach team seeks
to help the church reach the community with the story of the Gospel and
Second Baptist Church. The team’s acts of giftedness could include:
• Recruiting prospects through neighborhood surveys, events to attract prospects, deliberate invitations to events and services.
• Encouraging prospects. Examples
include sitting with prospects/making them feel welcome, answering
questions, determining needs and interests, introducing to other
members, extending deliberate invitations to future events and services.
• Other acts as determined – this new team just formed in 2008!
